Dave Morgan has 22 years in the fire service and is a fire captain with Cal Fire San Bernardino. He has served as a firefighter and company officer in the London Fire Brigade, and served on South Carolina USAR Task Force 1, and is a former police officer. He is a California State Registered EMT and fire instructor in multiple disciplines, specializing in vehicle extrication and live fire training. He is a nationally accredited FDIC hands-on training instructor teaching "Modern Vehicle Extrication" and a cadre member on a circuit that provides instruction both worldwide and statewide. He previously served as CEO of TNT Rescue Systems, a manufacturer of hydraulic rescue tools, and has worked with National Institute of Standards and Technology, Underwriters Laboratories and car manufacturers in the development of rescue tools to overcome the changes of modern vehicle extrication.
