This course is designed to meet the training needs of a Safety Officer Type 1 (SOF1), Safety Officer Type 2 (SOF2), and Line Safety Officer (SOFR) on an incident as outlined in The NIMS: Wildland Fire Qualification System Guide, PMS 310-1, Cal Fire 4039 Position Development Guide, and the California Incident Command Certification System. This course meets the requirements for Live Fire Instructors by California State Fire Training. 

This class will be registered through the California State Fire Training and is designated as an FSTEP class- The certificate cost is $75 per person.
