The aviation sector utilizes a well-developed system of crew resource management (CRM) and this class will review the elements of crew coordination and communication and how it relates to on the ground operations. Utilizing the curriculum of the Interagency Aviation Training Agency (IAT) out of Boise, ID, we will cover topics including situational awareness, communication skills, teamwork, task allocation and decision-making.
